Retail Shipping:

Free shipping on orders over $100 (US Continental Locations only – excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories)

Sale products are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Orders usually will be processed and shipped within one to two business days. This can fluctuate as demand goes up and down.

Standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Home Delivery and fixed rate shipping for orders under $100. Free curbside pick up is available in St. Louis, MO and Chicago, IL.

Orders placed after 1pm central standard time will be processed the next business day.

Do not list a P.O. box as your shipping address. Delivery trucks will not deliver to a P.O. box.

*Severe weather (hot or cold) conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

Retail Return Policy:

The following retail return policy is only applicable for purchases made online at  www.khallstudio.com.

Sale Items:
All sale items are non-refundable and considered final sale.

Full-Priced Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund on the UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Return Process:

To place a return, e-mail info@khallstudio.com with the following information:

  1. Customer name
  2. Order number
  3. Item(s) to be returned
  4. Reason for return

K. Hall Studio will respond with a Return Authorization Number and address to where the merchandise may be returned.

To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and Original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received at K.Hall Studio, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.

Damages/Mis-shipment:

In the case that an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please email Claims@khallstudio.com with the following information within 14 days of the original date of purchase:

  1. Customer name
  2. Order number
  3. Photo of damaged item
  4. Description item(s) missing or damaged.

K. Hall Studio will respond with a Return Authorization Number and address to where the merchandise may be returned.

To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and Original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received at K.Hall Studio, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.

Wholesale

Wholesale Shipping:

Orders usually will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order, in most cases.

Standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground Home Delivery and UPS Ground Delivery and does not include Saturday delivery.

Payment will be required at the time of shipment. Please contact info@khallstudio.com if there is an alternate method of payment required.

Backordered items will ship separately when available with applicable shipping charges.

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and shipping distance.

For expedited shipping requests, please notify info@khallstudio.com with the order number and method of transit service for confirmation.

Wholesale Return Policy:

All returns/damages must be notified within 5 days of receipt.

Any unauthorized cancellations, refused and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

If for some reason you would like to return products for a replacement or refund, please contact www.khallstudio.com for approval with the following information:

  1. Company Name
  2. Order and/or invoice number
  3. Item(s) to be returned
  4. Reason for return
  5. Preference of a refund, credit to the account or replacement.
  6. If to be replaced, please provide the information on which item(s) to be issued replacement.

Once the request has been reviewed, we will notify you with further information regarding the request.

Damages/Miss-shipment:
